A lovely little dose of Regency Christmas cheer. I suspect this is my favourite so far of Anna Campbell's romance novellas! A short novella with a faint Christmas setting that was surprisingly pleasant to read. It does come in at under 100 pages (the rest is a bunch of excerpts from the author's other works). The Christmas setting is pretty non-existent, as this story could have been told in the heat of the dog days of summer and still would be written as... There are some authors that look forward to reading the day the book is released. Anna Campbell is one of those authors. This Christmas Novella is beautifully written with wonderful romance that starts in the dressing room of a rakes bedroom with an innocent young lady on a mission to steal a letter that will bring scandal to her family....
