A Romance, M M Romance, Science Fiction book. This needs some heavy editing but the story is well-written and the characters are well-developed.
Rye was a Confederate officer. It was less than two weeks ago that he was shipped to Mars along with other officers in order to aide the colonists against the attack of the geoarachnids, creatures that came from the depth of Mars. I could overlook the lack of editing until the book just ended, with no resolution. 2.5 stars On the fence about it...I'm on the fence about this story. The concept was good and the characters had potential, however, neither was developed to its fullest. Overall the story was very one dimensional, it lacked the depth to really draw in a reader.
