Compassion - the main global food medium. This is a fabulous little book about how we can create our own "inner peace". It is also about to build a healty, inner self-confidence and compassion towards all kinds; and to eliminate greedness and hatred. Compassion is not a luxury but an absolute necessity. I love the way he explains compassion with logic. He makes so much sense. I strive to use these ideas in my life. Recognize anger doesn't work, come to see us all as same. All seeking happiness and an end to suffering. Come to see that the real enemy is the others mind not the other. This gives me hope that I am on the right path when... It's a good book. However it's more of a review, if you are already aware of the practice of compassion this book will be very easy to flip through. It's more or less a reminder to apply compassion into your life. I didn't find any mind blowing new facts in here but it don't believe the book was meant to do that.
